PB across the pond

There's a lot going on internationally in terms of participatory budgeting, and PB Scotland doesn't attempt to keep up with it all. However, we were particularly impressed by this Guardian article on PB in Boston, where young people have decided where to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars of public money - involving coming up with proposals and then voting on them.
