Learning Event: The Foundations of Participatory Budgeting

This PB Scotland Learning Event will introduce the foundations of participatory budgeting: what it is, how it works and why it matters.

The event will be held at the Dundee Centre for Contemporary Arts on Thursday 12th October 2017.

Using facilitated discussion and participatory techniques, we’ll go over what a PB process can look like, examine what works, what doesn’t and hear experiences of being involved participatory budgeting events from across Scotland.

This event will be aimed at those who are less familiar to PB, but we’d also welcome those willing to share their experiences with other PB Scotland Network members.
