New film profiles PB and 1% commitment

A new film from COSLA and The Democratic Society profiles participatory budgeting and the COSLA / Scottish Government commitment that 1% of council budgets will be subject to PB by 2021.

Produced by COSLA and DemSoc, the video features a range of people involved in PB in Scotland. The film was launched at screening which saw Council Leaders from Scotland’s 32 local authorities attend.
