/The Participative Democracy Certificate (PDC) is a youth award developed by YouthLink Scotland aimed at young people involved in decision making processes. The award is worth two credits at SCQF Level 5.
The PDC recognises young people’s role in decision making processes, acknowledging and developing their communication, negotiation and decision-making skills in the context of democratic engagement.
