Google Forms has a survey administration software included as part of the free, web-based Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google.
The service also includes Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Sites, and Google Keep. Google Forms is only available as a web application. Google Forms is now a full-featured forms tool that comes free with your Google account.
You can add standard question types, drag-and-drop questions in the order you like, customize the form with simple photo or colour themes, and gather responses in Forms or save them to a Google Sheets spreadsheet
