Guide on digital participation in Europe

Dutch organisations ‘Democratie in Actie, ‘Netwerk Democratie’ and the Like! project have developed a guide on local practices of digital participation in Europe.

This guide helps governments to understand and implement digital participation in their cities and regions. The guide is aimed at administrations that work with digital democracy for the first time. It gives hands-on advice on tools, implementation, designing participatory processes and everything else you need to think about when organizing digital participation.

It includes info on the PB Charter and participatory budgeting practice in Scotland.
